MAT CHAT: GMCS BOARD OF EDUCATION RECONIZES MHS WRESTLERS

🎉🤼‍♂️ Big shoutout to the incredible wrestlers from Miyamura who were recently recognized by the GMCS Board of Education! 🏆 Lorianna Piestewa, a total powerhouse at 114 lbs, not only clinched the title of NM State Women's Wrestling Champion, but also earned the prestigious title of NM Woman's Wrestler of the Year, along with being a four-time state champion. 💪🥇 Also recognized were Patriots Austin Lopez and Gage Sellers, who both scored runner-up titles in their respective weight classes. 🌟 A huge round of applause to the talented coaching staff at MHS - Coaches Sellers, Sanchez, Guerrero, and Salas - for their dedication and hard work in guiding these incredible athletes to success. 🙌 And of course, a special thank you to all the supportive parents and wrestlers who make the MHS wrestling program truly special. 👏 Keep up the amazing work, everyone! #MHSWrestling #GMCSRecognition #ProudCommunity#Patriots 🎉👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🤼‍♂️
